MYSPACE TRACKER UPDATE

OK, so I wrote a post a couple days about MySpace Tracker scams. Since then I've gotten some emails and comments about other MySpace Trackers out there. So here's the latest:

There are no working MySpace Trackers out there right now

Profilesnoop, Whosonmyspace, MySpaceplus, etc. -- all not working.

There are ALOT of MySpace Tracker Scams

There are a lot of people trying to make money from the huge demand of MySpace Trackers. I've seen postings on eBay and Stormpay -- DON'T BUY THESE! MySpace Trackers are blocked so quickly these days, you're only throwing your money away.

trackers.arecool.net is offering a MySpace tracker for $5.00 via Paypal. But here's the thing - they offer NO guarantee that the tracker will work and not be blocked by MySpace so you're basically only paying for access to their forums.

I feel like I'm starting to sound like a broken record... but I really think that the best advice is to just sit it out and wait. MySpace is going to install it's own profile tracker (maybe) or someone will figure out how to program a tracker that works for more than a couple days in a row. But you're only wasting time and money by buying into the scams.

whosonmypage is working.

I used it just today 4/29/2006!

I went back to view the last couple of days as well and all the info was on there, so I'm not sure why it's not working for ya? Cause it really is for me!

Well if it is working, I'd love to hear from other people who are also using it. Otherwise, this is just going to cause a rush of people heading over to a site that is NOT working.

Thanx.

It's up and it's down. Up down up down more ups and downs than the Contra cheat code!. I'm just waiting for myspace Tom to introduce a Premium myspace tool that does myspace tracking for you. It would probably give him a net income of 1 mill plus each month.

whosonmypage.com seems to work fine for me.

It's just that it only tracks people who also use that particular tracker, so more people show up as "annonymous". I've noticed more people seem to be using it lately, though.

Anonymous said...

ProfilePeep works fine.

Anonymous said...

whats the deal with vprp.com? I'm not too concerned on whether it works or not, but is it possible for a company to use a "tracker" against the user?

Anonymous said...

Yeah...whosonmypage.com works for me for about 2 weeks now. The whole anonymous thing sucks, but it is starting to get more people. What I have noticed is that you can't post a bulletin telling anyone about it (no matter how you break up the URL).

CreateBlog.com has a working myspace / xanga tracker. Although the myspace tracker doesn't track the usernames, it tracks everything else like the ip, location, time of visit, number of visit, as well as daily and monthly summaries of unique visitors / page views.

Here is a demo. What's even neater is see where your visitors are coming from in a map (see demo).

i just got an email saying profile snoop has a new code but it just lists that someone in the "USA" viewed my profile w/o providing pictures, "friend ids" etc anyone else experience this?

Anonymous said...

whosonmypage is not working all "myspace trackers" are not working. how did u get yours to work? because mine keeps on messing up. comment back soon.

profilepeep.com works.

these trackers only database what info comes along with a persons "header info". which might be a concern to some of you. headers disclose certain information. such as: IP, OS and Plugin's(object handlers), Browser, Service pack and update info. Nevertheless, these trackers are pretty harmless. 90 percent of the population wouldn't know what to do with that info anyhow. the other 9 percent that do, probably don't care about what you have on your pc. Maybe 1 percent...IE... some lame little kid might try to use that information for annoying purposes. anyhow, last i read, myspace will delete your profile if you are caught with a tracker. peaceout.

www.profilepeep works. It does not give the name for people who view your page that are not signed up with them. But, it does give the time and IP address. It is cool and it does work for the past week I have been using it. For the people who do have it, it shows there name & Myspace pic w/the time they accessed your page.

http://trackers.arecool.net

That site is now offering a free version to show that it works, but it has a popup window for your visitors.

Unlike profilepeep etc, the viewers don't have to be a part of the service.

They don't make any garauntees about how long it will last, but the current one has lasted over 3 weeks.

Anonymous said...

Profile peep works but mostly shows IP addresses. Still you can use these addresses to determine who it is, or mostly what region your visitors are coming from. Read more here: http://www.tweak3d.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9702

WhosOnMyPage.com works...It's just that MySpace blocks out the phrase "WhosOnMyPage" from their whole site, so it won't show up in bulletins, messages, and when you add the tracker to your site. So now "WhosOnMyPage.com" just added a another url to "WhoISOnMyPage.com" so it doesn't get blocked out...At least not yet.

Anonymous said...

www.whosonmyspace.com

works for me!! although it doesnt tell u like who is was or anything like that it tell u the date and time the person was on ur space and it tells u the town and country that the computer came from . . . it has no names but so far its works for me for at least 2 - 3 weeks *NOT BLOCKED BY MYSPACE*

There is a new tracker that just popped up. It has only been around for a little more than a day. Plus they are still in beta. http://www.thespacetracker.com

Ritecounter.com works on myspace. I've been using it for about 3 months. The downside is that it has no "invisible" option. so sad!

Anonymous said...

I just supposedly "installed" a myspace tracker from whosonmyspace a couple days ago. I did everything they said to do in order for it to appear on my profile. Two days later, still nada, there is nothing on my profile. I emailed them asking where it is and have not received anything back. I also tried another myspace tracker site, (can't remember the name, and it didn't work either. But they want you to give them your email address so they can send you all kinds of crap.
Heres my main gripe: Why doesn't Myspace automatically show who's viewing your profile anyway!!? I think they should do that because when people see that they have say, "284 views" naturally they are going to want to know who the viewers were! And if you download a tracker, it's none of myspace's business and they should quit trying to discontinue the trackers!!! It's bad enough that their help section absolutely sucks, and when u email myspace you don't get an answer back either. It's got to be one of those questions on their list. But yet they have time to destroy trackers!

How does whosonmypage.com work?

I've just followed the instructions and put the code in the obttom of the "About Me" section and nothing has actually happened.

Anonymous said...

who's on my space used to work until now. that everyone has it the script automatically rewrites itself to never work. so thats a party pooper.

Anonymous said...

There is one site out there. http://stalkmenot.tk , that is the only working tracking site out there, that tracks evry single myspace member.

Anonymous said...

http://stalkmenot.tk Won't only get your profile deleted, it might get you sued for 'Using the services other than the purpose they were intended for can lead to legal prosecution'

That is 4 of their terms wrapped into one line for you. Hacking their security holes is a BIG no-no.

Complete Myspace Tracker Reviews!!

I review Myspace Trackers for all of us myspacers to find the trackers that work and the ones that don't.

Check out my blog!

http://www.thespacetracker.com works

That site review site above isn't that good. Reviews are flimsy and not really based on anything. Bad review site.

This is the saddest thing ever. Have you guys ever heard of Myspaceplus.com ? Or Spyfuse.com? Check out the website and you will see an article in place of an ingenious website that was stolen from Myspace.com.

These two creators were just trying to give people what they wanted, a myspace tracker and instead they got lured and arrested by the asshole tom himself.

Anonymous said...

The Myspaceplus.com story was a sad one.

Anonymous said...

Yes stalkmenot.tk is a workign tracking site with a free tracker and a paid one that tracks multiple hits
i own the site
and No you dont have to be a member of the service to get logged
check it out!

Don't believe the hype.
I have developed a working MySpace tracker that will track any MySpace member (not just ones that are signed up for the same "service"). It's free and there is nothing to sign up for. It's been working great for me and my friends!
check it out here:
http://www.firefoxchallenge.com/tracker.php
or click here

anyone know where i can get the tracker that is on http://www.webfil.com/tracker/tracker.php?user=#

Anonymous said...

Mine used to auto-subscribe people to my blog. So what i would do is log into my page, go to my blog, and click my readers. it would show their profile pic, and the last day the accessed my site. it was really cool, but now doesnt work...

Anonymous said...

hey if any are working right now what are they? and im talking about the ones where the viewers don't have to be in the service that you're using? comment fast please! help is appreciated

Anonymous said...

http://terikan.16.forumer.com

It's not free, but it actually identifies people who view your profile by linking to their myspace page, without them having to be a member.

I think it might be the only working one out there. But the site will only be open to new members as long as the code remains unfiltered by myspace.

There is new FREE service that shows the profiles of visitors to your MySpace profile:

Trackfriends.com works. I didn't believe it would at first, but it did. After the one day trial you have to pay $3.50 a month, but it's worth it. Don't believe me? Check it out.

You don't need an invisible option to make it invisible. Every tracker I've played around with works by calling an image. In order for the browser to call the image it must give the info that someone commented on above. This is what a visitor's browser does when it visits your page. There is no way around this. However, you can delete most of the code outside of the image tag and add the following properties inside the image tag: height="0" width="0". This way the image will be called but not displayed. It should look something like this: <img height="0" width="0" src="http://image location and name.gif" border="0">

I like that tracker review site someone posted. However, I didn't see any reviews. Instead just a bunch of other informative stuff like using multiple trackers and such.

Are you all so paranoid as to want to know at all times who is looking at your profile?
Why not just out your profile to private then whoever wants to get to know you better will have to message you and show their identity anyway!
Or is that just too logical.....

Anonymous said...

www.tracemyspace.com has a current list of myspace profile trackers

Anonymous said...

I'm looking for a tracker that tells you who is visiting your page and where they are visiting from i.e. their favorites list, or one of your 'friends' pages. and one that doesn't advertise that you are tracking ppl i.e. THEY don't know they're being tracked. thanx!

Anonymous said...

I find www.puffmyspace.com the best site for myspace layouts etc... there tracker also has worked for me for sometime and shows exactually whos myspace they are logged into if they are.

I use WhoVisited.com, and it works pretty well.

MySpace Tracker - Who Visitted?

Can these trackers identify people who look at myspace even if they dont sign in???

Anonymous said...

Why would someone post personal information, pictures, etc, about themselves on the WORLD WIDE WEB, and then chase people down who look at it??

Anonymous said...

argh there's this girl who i'm nuts about and i THINK she like me too. we're both unfortunately obsessed with myspace so it stands to reason that she looks at my page quite a lot. some help would be nice.

my profile is http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=37555439

using anything like this is either overly paranoid....or deperate...bad sign either way

Just stumbled upon this beta MySpace tracker review site that lets anyone posts reviews (think it launched very recently). It doesn't have any reviews as of now, but it is a pretty cool concept. Myspace Tracker Reviews
