How many members: almost 100,000 members (and counting)
What is the show about: The Hills will follow "LC" (from Laguna Beach) as she continues her life in LA.
Most interesting forum thread: "Which Laguna Beach character does the person above you most look like?"
The O.C.:
How many members: 100,000+
What is the show about: Ryan and Marissa and everyone else -- if you don't know,then you obviously don't watch.
Most interesting forum thread: "Who is the hottest guy on The OC?"
The Simpsons:
How many members: 45,000+
What is the show about: Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson, Marge, Lisa and Maggie. The Simpson is the longest-running comedy series ever -- 17 years strong!
Most interesting forum thread: "Character you can't stand!"
The Family Guy:
How many members: 87,000+
What is the show about: About a family guy -- I've never seen it myself ;-) But it's one of the most popular groups!
Most interesting forum thread: "Best Family Guy quote ever!"
American Idol:
How many members: almost 11,000
What is the show about: Duh... it's American Idol - if you don't know about Simon, Randy and Paula... and Chris Daughtry, Mandisa, Ellio Yamin, Katharine McPhee and all the rest then you've been living under a rock -- or you don't watch the show ;-)

Grey's Anatomy:
How many members: 2600+
What is the show about: Pretty much about a bunch of surgical interns working at a Seattle hospital who take turns sleeping with each other... Meredith Grey, Dr. McDreamy, George, Cristina, Izzy, etc.
